Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with order details.
Delivery takes 3-7 working days. Standard delivery fee is R150 whilst delivery is free for orders above R1000.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping services. We only deliver in South Africa.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original condition.
Sale or clearance items may not be eligible for return unless defective.
